The Gatineau Olympiques have made a first transaction since the opening of the exchange period that precedes the training camp.
The Olympiques dealt with the Titan, goaltender Tommy DaSilva taking the road to Acadie-Bathurst.
Arriving in the winter of 2020, Tommy DaSilva came to support Rémi Poirier as goalkeeper #2, following the departure of Creed Jones to Rimouski. The organization would like to thank Tommy for his shortened season in Gatineau and wish him the best of luck with the Titan.
In return, the Olympiques got 18-year-old defenseman Zachary Racicot. The left-handed defenseman played 23 games in the QMJHL last season. The defenseman will try to secure a spot with the team at the next training camp, which starts in just over three weeks.
Welcome Zach !
