The Olympiques proceed to their first cuts

The Olympiques have trimmed their training camp roster by seven players on Saturday afternoon.

Goaltender Thomas St-Germain, defenseman Alexis Poulin, Ethan Curtis, and Liam Whitehouse, as well as forwards Philippe Goulet, Bradley Campbell, and Julien Béland. The latter one was cut for medical reasons.

The vast majority of rookies still at camp will take part in the Olympiques’ first preseason game, which will be played on Sunday at 3 P.M. against the Sherbrooke Phoenix, at Branchaud-Briere Complex.
