The Gatineau Olympiques welcome new owners

Gatineau – Wednesday May 27th 2020. The organization of the Gatineau Olympiques, along with its chairman, François Beaudry, announced the arrival of Derick Brassard, Yan Hébert and Michel Quesnel as new shareholders. The three businessmen acquired a 10% stake of the Gatineau Olympiques.

Derick Brassard is originally from Hull. The forward has now played in the National Hockey League for 12 years. He wore the uniform of the Gatineau Intrépide Midget AAA team for two seasons, 2002-2003 and 2003-2004. His experience as a professional player will bring considerable credibility to the team.

Yan Hébert and Michel Quesnel are respected businessmen from the Gatineau area. They are co-owners of Resto Bar La Drave.

The new group is very pleased to be part of the Olympiques ownership. The three men will bring a new energy and experience to support the already-established group, which is working very hard for the future of the club. The group feels very enthusiastic and privileged to join the Gatineau Olympiques.
