Mikaël Martel, a 19-year-old forward from L’Ange-Gardien, comes to Gatineau. Having played minor hockey in the Outaouais area, Martel returned to the region after two seasons with the Rimouski Océanic.
In 73 games in Rimouski, the 6-foot 2-inch centre has scored 14 points.

In return, the Olympiques gave up a fourth round draft pick in 2023.

Milo Roelens, forward #23 of the Olympiques, takes the road to Sherbrooke. In return, the Olympiques got Xavier Labbé (a 16-year-old prospect), a 2nd round pick in 2023 (Sherbrooke) and a 6th round pick in 2021 (Acadie-Bathurst).
Acquired last year, Milo Roelens played 36 games for the Olympiques, adding 1 goal for 3 points.
