Credit? Replacement? What to do for game not played ?

Following several meetings between the team leaders, as well as recommendations from the QMJHL office and other teams in the league, the Gatineau Olympiques would like to inform you of developments regarding the last two regular season games that could not be played on March 20 and 21. The office, as well as the ticket office of the Gatineau Olympiques will remain closed for an indefinite period, however the organization wanted to inform you quickly about the different possible alternatives.

Season Tickets Holders 2019-2020:

  • Credit (adult = 25$, senior = 24$ and child = 3$) or;
  • 2 pairs of tickets for a game of the 2020-2021 regular season*.

In order for the organization to offer you your credit or pairs of tickets, you ABSOLUTELY need to go to the Olympiques office with your ticket. Note that the office is currently closed, more details about the opening of the office soon.

*The 2020-2021 timeline has not yet been unveiled.

For season tickets holders who have purchased the “2019-2020 playoff package”, a credit of 78$ will be offered.


1/2 Season Tickets Holders 2019-2020:

  • Credit (13$) or;
  • 1 pair of tickets for a game of the 2020-2021 regular season*.

In order for the organization to offer you your credit or pair of tickets, you ABSOLUTELY need to go to the Olympiques office with your ticket. Note that the office is currently closed, more details about the opening of the office soon.

*The 2020-2021 timeline has not yet been unveiled.


Individual ticket purchase (by 20 March 2020, 21 March 2020 and/or both days):

  • We replace your ticket for a game of the 2020-2021 regular season.

In order for the organization to offer you the replacement, you ABSOLUTELY need to go to the Olympiques office with your ticket. Note that the office is currently closed, more details about the opening of the office soon.

FLEX ticket :

The Gatineau Olympiques made the decision not to refund or credit the remaining FLEX tickets. There were only 2 local games left in the regular season and the organization found that the 32 games that were played gave enough time for FLEX ticket holders to exchange them to attend a local Olympiques game.
