GATINEAU – Gatineau Olympiques general manager and head coach Louis Robitaille announced contract extensions for assistant coaches Darren Rumble and Raphaël-Pier Richer for the next two years.
RUMBLE will be in his third season with the team. With over 15 years of coaching experience, including 8 years in the QMJHL, the Olympiques will be able to count on a man with a wealth of knowledge.
“Darren knows the game and the QMJHL very well. His years as a professional player in the NHL and also as a coach in the QMJHL are invaluable assets for the organization and for the development of our players. We are very pleased to have him on board. – Louis Robitaille.
This will also be RICHER’s third season with the Olympiques and fifth as a coach in the QMJHL. The 28-year-old brings a modern vision and is very proactive in the development of players.
