Carson MacKinnon acquired by the Olympiques

The Olympiques have acquired forward Carson MacKinnon from the Rimouski Oceanic in exchange for a fourth-round pick in 2019 (#65) and a second-round pick in 2020.

MacKinnon, who will turn 20 in August, spent his first four years in the QMJHL in Rimouski. His 16 goals, 30 assists, and 46 points in 68 games in 2018-19 were all career highs for him in the League.

The left winger from Summerside, PE, collected five points in 13 playoffs games this spring.
